Before scaling, confirm the following:

Audience

  • Is the audience specific?
  • Is the problem painful?
  • Is the problem urgent?
  • Offer

  • Is the outcome defined clearly?
  • Is the pricing simple?
  • Is the value measurable?
  • Demand Testing

  • Have you spoken to real prospects?
  • Have you presented the offer directly?
  • Have you asked for payment?
  • Signal

  • Has revenue been generated?
  • Has a deposit been secured?
  • Has a contract been signed?
  • If not, refinement is required.

    The Final Question

    Would you scale this idea if you had to commit your own capital today?

    If hesitation exists, validation is incomplete.

    Revenue validates ideas.
